Summer Recreation

 

Recreational opportunities in Cypress Provincial Park in summer include hiking, picnicking, nature study, and sightseeing.

There are many hiking trails at Cypress, ranging in difficulty from the wheelchair-accessible Yew Lake Trail in the Cypress Bowl area to the challenging Howe Sound Crest Trail that connects the southern and northern sections of the park. Most local hiking books include detailed descriptions of these trails.
